The Healey administration has voiced concerns about a plan to dump spent fuel water from the Pilgrim Nuclear Plant into Cape Cod Bay.
The plant has proposed treating, diluting and releasing over one-million gallons.
Her office said Governor Healey is closely monitoring the situation.
Area residents, environmentalists, businesses and representatives of the fishing industry are against the proposal.
