A disturbing discovery at a recycling complex in Rochester, Massachusetts.
That is in Plymouth County.
Officials say that the body of a fetus was found and according to the Cape Cod District Attorney's Office the mother may live on - or have ties to Martha's Vineyard.
State Police are asking anyone with information to call them at 508-790-5799.
The D-A is not releasing additional information concerning the case because it is an on going investigation.
