The Harwich Finance Committee has been found in violation of the state’s open meeting law in a decision issued yesterday by the Attorney General’s Office, during the investigation, the committee acknowledged the violation, which stemmed from comments made by one member after the official adjournment of a meeting but captured on video. The AG’s office says since remedial measures have been taken by the committee, no further action will be taken at this time.
