Cape Cod isn’t escaping these soaring gas prices.
On the mid-Cape in the town of Barnstable, prices for regular gas above the $4.00 a gallon mark, ranging from $4.00-even at some locations near the Cape Cod Gateway Airport in Hyannis to $4.35 a gallon at the highway rest area in West Barnstable.
Meanwhile, there are reports of prices reaching $4.96 a gallon over on Nantucket.
Prices are ranging from $4.49 to $4.69 a gallon on Martha’s Vineyard.
