A fire caused extensive damage to part of a home on the mid-Cape on New Year’s Eve.
Crews responded to the house on Salt Works Lane in Yarmouth on Friday evening.
There was nobody inside at the time, and no firefighter injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
