Governor Baker Opposes Safe Consumption Drug Sites

Governor Charlie Baker is against a bill being taken up at the state house that would authorize safe consumption sites for drug-users in Massachusetts.

The sites would provide sterilized supplies and access to health care services. 

The bill would also make possession of certain drugs a civil rather than a criminal offense.
