The first two families of Afghan refugees have arrived in Massachusetts.
The first family arrived in Boston on Friday, and the second landed in the state last night.
Over 150 refugees from Afghanistan are expected to arrive in the state between now and March.
State lawmakers are working on a bill that would provide Afghan refugees access to health insurance coverage with Masshealth.
