The Merc Deli-Café-Bakery in Dennis is the latest Cape Cod restaurant that’s had enough with rude and abusive customers.
Owner Meagan Lambton said enough was enough after a recent incident where a customer made two staffers cry before stealing tip money and screaming expletives.
She’s asking customers to try to understand staffing shortages and a busy summer will cause delays.
This after the Brewster-based Apt Cape Cod shut down for a day after a similar experience.
