Two J&J Vaccine Clinics On Cape Canceled Due To FDA Pause

Two small Johnson & Johnson vaccine clinics planned for yesterday and today on Cape Cod have been canceled.

The Barnstable County Department of Health and Environment made the decision after the FDA and CDC have recommended a pause on administering the single-dose shot.

All other clinics hosted by the County will continue to use the Pfizer vaccine.

Barnstable County has administered 1,400 doses of the J&J vaccine since January of this year.
