A new inn is going to open on Cape Cod this year.
Baxter Hospitality announced yesterday that it bought the Compass Rose which is located along the historic Old King's Highway in Yarmouth Port.
Officials say they will rename the property chapter house, and it is expected to be fully operational for this coming summer season.
It will be the second inn owned by Baxter Hospitality, as the company currently runs Sesuit Harbor House.
