Boston St. Patrick's Day Parade Canceled Again Due To Covid-19

Boston's St. Patrick's Day Parade is canceled for the second year in a row because of the coronavirus pandemic.

The South Boston Allied War Veterans Council announced the decision to cancel the event yesterday.

The organizers cite the ongoing state restriction of gatherings at a maximum of 25 people as the reason the event has been called off.

The group is hopeful that the parade will be able to be held next year.
