Governor Baker is announcing a 774-million dollar plan to assist the Massachusetts economy, the announcement was made yesterday.
Of the total amount 322-million will directed towards small and diverse local business communities.
State Secretary of Housing and Economic Development Mike Kennealy says officials will move quickly.
