A Mashpee man is being charged with murder for a fatal shooting in the town on Monday night.
The shooting victim has been identified as Damian Anderson of New Bedford.
The arrested man is Norman Dias, who was reportedly found hiding in the woods after the shooting and was released by police initially.
Then the Cape and Islands District Attorney's Office says probable cause was established, and Dias was arrested in Boston on Tuesday.
He was arraigned in Falmouth District Court yesterday and is being currently held without bail.
