State Senator Signs Letter Requesting Rubber Bullet And Tear Gas Bans

State Senator Julian Cyr among the lawmakers on the Public Health Committee to sign a letter to the governor calling for a ban on the police use of rubber bullets, tear gas and pepper spray during the pandemic.

A letter to the governor says that the use of such products will only exacerbate the spread of the Coronavirus.

The letter asks the governor to provide guidance to protesters such as “to try to stay six feet apart” from one another and to wear a mask.
