State Senator Julian Cyr says a region wide task force that has been assembled to develop strategies for reopening The Cape has only two objectives --- to save lives and livelihoods.
The Senator is serving as the spokesman for the task force.
He says reopening the wrong way would put lives as risk.
The Committee is looking for ideas for the public.
