First Citizen's Charitable Foundation has presented a 5 thousand dollar check to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Cape Cod and the Islands.
The check will go a long way to helping nearly 400 children on Cape Cod and Martha's Vineyard who are currently in need of a mentor.
Officials say they have pivoted to a virtual volunteer and youth enrollments until the end of the physical distancing.
