18 men and women will be honored by The American Red Cross as heroes.
All 18 will be honored as part of the Heroes Breakfast Friday April 3 at the Hyannis Resort and Conference Center.
Among the honorees is Brenda Swain who has been on medical leave as the director of the Falmouth Service Center.
Swain has built what was a food pantry into a multi service center for the community.
