The District Attorney’s office says their hands were tied.
The prime witness against the man accused of being one of the prime drug dealers on The Cape, was no longer available to testify so drug trafficking charges against Terrell Mair have been dropped.
The DA’s office confirmed that a trial was expected to begin January 29th but was dropped when the witness refused to testify.
