A 41 year old Brockton man pleaded not guilty to negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
Jose Fernandez was driving the truck that crashed into the Old Bass River Road Bridge last month.
Fernandez, according to a state police report admitted that he loaded a hydraulic lift backwards and it was too high for the bridge.
Fernandez has pleaded not guilty...no bail. He will be back in court February 21st.
