A lot of communities throughout the Commonwealth have been on this for awhile, now the state is considering a measure that would regulate those small nip bottles.
State Rep Randy Hunt says his bill would add the nips to the 5 cents deposit law. It is a measure that failed a couple of years ago.
The energy committee hears the measure tomorrow morning.
