A 28 year old homeless man from Hyannis is being held on bail on charges that he assaulted a pregnant woman as part of a domestic assault case.
Anthony Mendoza pleading not guilty to a series of charges. Officials say the alleged incident happened at the Knight’s Inn.
Specific details and relationship is being withheld. Mendoza is expected back in court on December 6th.
