State Rep Will Crocker says that his bill, Nero’s Bill has been favorably reported out of committee.
The bill will allow a police dog to be treated and transported by emergency personnel if there was no immediate human need.
Nero’s Bill, was filed in response to the line of duty death of Yarmouth K9 Sergeant Sean Gannon and the injury of his K9 partner, Nero, in April of 2018.
