The motor scooter driver who was critically injured in a crash on the Upper Cape on Wednesday has reportedly died.
Lt Douglas DeCosta says Richard Zielinski of East Falmouth died as a result of his injuries.
The driver of the vehicle that was also involved in the crash at the intersection of Sandwich and John Parker roads remained on scene according to the Lieutenant.
