Falmouth Police Officers Ryan Moore and Donald DeMiranda have been presented the 36th Annual Trooper George Hanna Memorial Award for Bravery.
Both officers were shot in the line of duty in July of 2018 while investigating a disturbance.
The award is named in honor of Trooper George Hanna who was shot to death in the line of duty in 1983 in Auburn in the central part of the state.
