A 38 year old woman from Martha's Vineyard has pleaded guilty after she was charged with embezzling nearly three million dollars from a technology company that she was working for.
According to a plea agreement, Shivani Patel will be sentenced to 57 months in prison, three years of supervised release, a fine of being 20 and 200 thousand dollars and she will be required to make restitution.
No hearing date has been set yet.
