Falmouth Police say a 25 year old man is being charged with using a toy gun, a cap gun to cause a commotion last weekend on Old Barnstable Road.
Police say that the as yet unidentified man pointed the gun outside the window of a dark colored SUV and started firing at another car.
Police said at the time of the initial calls, neither the caller nor police knew that it was actually a cap gun.
