We are expecting Barnstable County Commissioners to issue a letter protesting some of the aspects of the license transfer of the Plymouth Nuclear Power Station.
Commissioners and Emergency Preparedness Director Sean O’Brien have had issues with various aspects of the transfer, including a lack of sufficient off site emergency management.
