A 24 year old Roslindale man pleading not guilty in court to drug trafficking charges in Bourne.
Jean Carlos Gomez was pulled over during a traffic stopped and appeared to be under the influence of drugs at the time. Police confiscated four pounds of pot and a variety of pills plus 5 thousand dollars in cash.
Troopers say they spotted the man texting while driving.
