A 64 year old East Falmouth man has pleaded not guilty to charges that he put razor blades with peanut butter on them in trees to lure squirrels.
Martin McGrath free on 500 dollars bail and ordered to stay away from Goodwill Park where the alleged incident took place.
McGrath allegedly told police that he liked to watch the squirrels feed around the trees. He will be back in court later this month.
