The State Attorney General’s Office has issued fines of $410,000 to the Qdoba Restaurant Corporation for a thousand violations of child labor laws at 22 of its restaurants including Wareham. The original complaint, filed by a minor, alleged that they were working later hours than what the state laws mandated.
