Vineyard Wind Set To Appeal Rejection Of Wetlands Permit

Vineyard Wind officials say they will appeal a rejection of a wetlands permit by the Edgartown Conservation Commission. The company says that the Commission decision was flawed.

The EPA will be asked to overturn the decision so the 2 billion dollar project can proceed.

The clock won't start on the ten day appeal process until the decision is published and that hasn't happened yet.
