Plymouth Man Pleads Not Guilty In OUI Case

A 45-year-old man from Plymouth has pleaded not guilty for the third time to charges that he was operating under the influence.

Mark Myslop was pulled over on the Bourne Scenic Highway after he almost hit a guardrail. He allegedly had a half open bottle of Bacardi.

He will be back in court, the end of August.
