Cumberland Farms has filed a lawsuit against the Barnstable Board of Health and five other state communities to stop regulations that restrict sales of flavored nicotine products.
They voted last month to limit sales of all flavored products to businesses that require 21+ age restrictions.
The board met yesterday and voted unanimously to postpone enforcement at least one month.
