Funeral arrangements are pending for 66-year-old retired firefighter Thomas Kenney.
The Hyannis Fire Department says that the longtime Hyannis Firefighter died Wednesday night after what the department says was Occupational Cancer.
The 45 year veteran of the department was so trusted that he was responsible for the training of the next generation of the department. Officials say arrangements are pending.
