A 79 year old Brewster woman is scheduled for arraignment the end of next month in connection with a fatal traffic accident that killed a woman and her dog on I-95 in Sharon.
The DA says the accident happened in January when Irma Sherman allegedly lost control of her car and struck another car head on.
The accident is still under investigation.
