The 55-year-old owner of the Brax Landing Restaurant in Harwich Port, will be in court tomorrow to answer to charges related to his gun going off while he was trying to holster it.
According to a police report, Jeff Gomes was cooking at the Masonic Lodge on St Patrick’s Day when he put his gun on a shelf and when he went to re-holster it went off.
He and the gun were both licensed.
