Yarmouth Port Man Facing Drug Trafficking Charges

A Yarmouth Port man is facing drug trafficking charges following the execution of search warrants on his vehicle and home.

Yarmouth Police arrested Frank Berry Jr, 52, of Whistler Lane after discovering nearly three dozen plastic baggies, each containing suspected heroin, in his pickup truck.

Detectives then executed a search warrant at Berry’s residence on Whistler Lane where they discovered Suboxone strips, more suspected heroin, and more than $1,500 in cash.

Berry, a convicted felon with 23 prior charges in Massachusetts, was arraigned in Barnstable District Court and is currently being held pending trial. He is being charged with Heroin Trafficking of 36 grams or more and Possession of a Class B drug.
