The National Park Service is extending the date for proposals to lease the Nauset Knoll Motor Lodge within the Cape Cod National Seashore.
The initial NPS Request for Proposals came in October, 2018 but the partial government shutdown disrupted the time frame for the RFPs.
The new due date is February 20th and the NPS has also determined the minimum rent for the property which is located on the lower end of the peninsula of Cape Cod. The property, which consists of a twelve-unit motor lodge in three, one-story frame buildings connected by open canopies, overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and Nauset Beach.
