Two West Yarmouth Woman Arrested on Fentanyl, Cocaine Charges

Two West Yarmouth women are facing drug possession and distribution charges following the execution of a search warrant at their home at 2 Ivanhoe Avenue.

In a news release, the Yarmouth Police Department says officers executed the warrant on Monday around noon time. Following a search of the premises by officers and YPD Narcotics K9, Gauge, a glass jar containing a variety of drugs was recovered. Field tests on the items tested positive for the presence of both Fentanyl and Cocaine. Also recovered from the location were packaging materials, digital scales, and a quantity of US Currency.

Arrested were Meghan Coulstring, 35, and Deborah Selan, 53. Both are charged with Trafficking Fentanyl, Possession to Distribute Cocaine and other drugs. Coulstring was held overnight at Yarmouth Police Department on $5,000 Cash Bail and was taken to Barnstable District Court Tuesday morning for arraignment.

Selan was summoned to court on the charges and was allowed to remain at the residence to care for a disabled adult and will notify state officials.
