There has been a massive water main break in Falmouth.
Falmouth Police say the break occurred in the area of 704 Main Street (Route 28) which is just west of Scranton Ave. The break has split Main Street in two and Falmouth Police are urging motorists in that area to seek alternate routes. Repairs to the roadway are expected to last most of the day.
Police says traffic will be detoured onto Scranton Ave, Queen Street, and Nye Road.
