Voters in Truro, at a special town meeting Tuesday night, have passed the town’s initial zoning bylaw to regulate marijuana cultivation.
The bylaw, as proposed by the Truro Planning Board, calls for a minimum lot size of 1.5 acres for cultivation and growing of marijuana in addition to a board to oversee the design of a marijuana growing facility.
