Police have identified the woman who died Tuesday night in a single-vehicle crash on Route 28 in West Dennis.
Emily Marks, 38, from Dennis Port, was the lone occupant in the Ford truck she drove off the road and into a tree. Members of the Dennis Fire Department had to extricate Marks from her truck. She was taken to Cape Cod Hospital where she was pronounced dead.
Marks was initially listed as a Falmouth resident but the investigation into the crash discovered her actual address is in Dennis Port.
