A Nantucket man is headed to jail for two-and-a-half years after pleading guilty to charges of selling cocaine.
Martin Chiaradia, 36, was charged with several counts of possessing illegal drugs and three counts of distributing cocaine.
He will serve his time at the Barnstable County Correctional Facility and will likely be deported after serving his sentence.
The Cape and Islands District Attorney’s Office requested the sentence along with three years of probation to run concurrently.
