The subject of the Yarmouth Police Department’s “Wanted Wednesday” has turned herself in.
Gina Giovangelo, 26, of Webster, is a convicted felon with 20 prior criminal charges in Massachusetts including Homicide while Driving Intoxicated in 2010.
Giovangelo was stopped by Yarmouth officers on August 3 but gave false information regarding her identity. A warrant was issued for her arrest by the Barnstable District Court for Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Revoked License for Motor Vehicle Homicide, False Information to a Police Officer, and Texting While Driving.
Yarmouth Police say the matter is now being handled by the Barnstable District Court.
