Two people were arrested after they were stopped by Yarmouth Police officers around 1 a.m. Friday morning.
The driver was arrested for driving with a suspended license and a passenger was arrested for having an outstanding warrant. The driver, 55-year old Kenneth Nickerson of Chatham, with 290 prior criminal charges in Massachusetts, was released on bail by the Bail Commissioner.
The passenger, 31-year old Andrew Ludwig of Hyannis, was held overnight due to the default warrant and brought to court in custody by YPD Friday morning. Ludwig’s warrant is for Felony Larceny over $1,200.
