HUD Money Headed to Falmouth Housing Authority

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development is awarding a $246,000 federal grant to the Falmouth Housing Authority.

The grant, provided through the Resident Opportunity and Self-Sufficiency Service Coordinators Program, will support public housing programs in the city.

9th District Congressman, Bill Keating, in announcing the awarding of the funds, says the ROSS grant demonstrates how the federal government can and should help citizens with regard to safety and security, job training programs, and other community support services.
