Cape Cod Cares for the Troops will hold its 10th annual Christmas Care Package party on Saturday at a new location.
The non-profit organization will hold its package party from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Sports Authority building at 790 Iyannough Road in Hyannis.
1,500 Christmas care packages will be assembled and mailed to our troops serving in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Cape Cod Cares for the Troops was started eleven years ago by then 12-year old Dylan DeSilva whose vision was to send weekly care packages to our troops.
Since then, Dylan has sent more than 25,000 such packages to our troops.
