Voters in Orleans had a busy day.
First, they voted to approve a new Cape Tech High School. Then they gave approval to a pair of projects at Tuesday night’s special town election.
By a near 3-to-1 margin, Orleans voters said ‘yes’ to a $3.6 million sewer project.
And by a near 10-to-1 margin they Okayed a $600,000 rehab of the elementary school. That work involves upgrading the heating and ventilation systems.
Orleans had a near 30% turnout for the special election.
