A Mashpee man who led police on a chase over land and sea is facing numerous charges.
Mashpee Police on Monday went to Seconsett Island around 4:30 to execute ten warrants for Eli Perry, 37.
However, Perry fled the scene and jumped into the water, swimming to Monomoscoy Island where he was eventually discovered behind a residence on Monomoscoy Island Road by a K9 from the Barnstable County Sheriff’s Office. Perry was then placed under arrest.
Perry faces arraignment today in Falmouth District Court on the outstanding warrants.
