Gas prices in Massachusetts dropped three cents this week, according to the findings of Triple-A Northeast in its weekly survey.
The June 12 survey finds self-serve, regular unleaded averaging $2.26 per gallon. That figure is eight cents lower than the national average. It is also four cents lower than the in-state price at this time last year.
Triple-A found a range in price for regular unleaded of 36 cents, from a low of $2.15 to a high of $2.51.
